Fundraisers are a vital component of IMHO’s financial support. Here are some simple steps to organize a fundraiser for IMHO: * Come up with an idea There are countless different options for organizing a fundraiser for IMHO. The most common is to organize a dinner and charge a ticket price, reminding everyone the proceeds go to a tax-deductible charity. Some more uncommon fundraisers include: organizing concerts, bake sales, auctions, holiday or theme parties, marathons or sponsored runs, sports events, gift fairs, and art shows. Set a realistic fundraising goal, and spread the word through your friends, family, colleagues and even the local media to gain awareness and support. Tell IMHO you are organizing this event so we can provide you with materials, brochures, and multimedia content. To use the IMHO logo, you must receive prior approval. IMHO is an organization that relies on the generosity of our private donors as our main source of income. As such, we are very grateful to all who support us in our many efforts and encourage such support. However, there are important guidelines that must be adhered to in order for IMHO to meet its legal and fiscal responsibilities.
