Now is the time for us to come together to help our people in Northern Sri-Lanka, who are suffering in many ways . Now is the time for us to work together to provide support to these people, who are in need of our help. Now is the time for us to teach our children to be compassionate to our people who could use any kind of help we can provide them. Now is the time to take a doctor to the sick, who are unable to go to the doctor.

The North East Chapter of IMHO is planning a walk-a-thon, on Saturday May 2, 2009 to raise some funds .The money raised will be used to establish a mobile-clinic in Jaffna (Sri-Lanka). We will assemble at Woodlot Park in South Brunswick Township New Jersey, to start the walk.

Please join us with your family, friends and relatives, in making this event a success. Enjoy a “family fun walk”, and afterwards relax with your friends over lunch (that will be available at minimal cost), and go home happy that you have helped a worthy cause.

Further details on program for the day, directions to the park where we will be assembling for the walk, pledge sheet, and instructions on sponsoring the function will follow shortly.
