Room Reservations & Rates
Rooms are now available for booking by phone at 781.932.0999. For reservations by phone, group nightly rates are $129/night, which includes continental breakfast. Please ask for the group rate for the International Medical Health Organization (IMHO).

7:00-8:30pm: CME Activities
8:00-10:00pm: Youth Forum & Women’s Forum

Saturday, May 1st
8:00am-12:00pm: Workshops on mental health and physical rehabilitation, featuring several speakers visiting from Sri Lanka and representatives from other NGOs
12:00pm-1:30pm: Lunch
1:30-5:00pm: Afternoon Break
5:00-9:00pm: Keynote Speaker, IMHO Presentations, Chief Guest, and Dinner

Dinner Options
Dinner will be served on Friday and Saturday nights by Pongal Restaurant. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be available. Local Airports
The Boston Logan airport is the most convenient airport. The Logan Express shuttle service will take any visitors from the airport to the Woburn station, which is very close to the hotel, for $20 (return) or $11 (one-way) from which hotel shuttle will pick up passengers. The Logan Express stops at all terminals. Scheduled times for departing Logan are shown for Terminal A. Departure from other terminals is a few minutes later. Travel time is approximately 30-45 minutes. Allow extra time during rush hours.
