Mingling and Icebreakers 7:00 - 7:30
You will be divided into groups to play trivia pursuit. Warm up your critical thinking skills while doing some icebreaking. Prizes for the winning group.

Intro to Sri Lanka 7:30 - 7:45
Come away with an understanding of the various forces, from tsunami to war, that have affected this population over the years.

Dr. Thavam Thambipillai - Intro to IMHO 7:45 - 8:00
Dr. Thambipillai, a renowned transplant surgeon and co-founder of IMHO, will speak about the genesis of the organization, the vision for the future, and the potential for young people to transform humanitarian work in Sri Lanka and beyond.

Overview of IMHO projects 8:00 - 8:15
A crash course on the IMHO's various initiatives, from mobile clinics and disaster relief, to maternal-child nutrition and micro-finance initiatives. Start jotting down any ideas for improving or scaling up these projects, or come up with completely new projects that might complement what IMHO already does!

Current un-addressed needs in Sri Lanka 8:15 - 8:30
Hear stories about current, burning humanitarian/medical needs in Sri Lanka. These needs could form the basis of creative project(s) you may think of pursuing.

Dinner 8:30 - 9:00
Reconnect with other participants and link up with those who have similar interests and ideas. Any and all ideas are welcome - the more out-of-the-box they seem, the better!
